Tell them the MLS number you're interested in, then they'll show it to you. They'll get the commission for the sale of the house, but the lister will get the commission for listing the house. If it is listed in the MLS only as a "courtesy", they might not be offering a cooperative commission - that means that you might have to pay your own Realtor. I would still suggest you do so because gong into the (probably) largest dollar transaction of your life, you should be represented.
