At best in the US and Cnada it may bottom out and go sideways . Some areas that that have commodity based economies like oil might see a 2-3% increase. I just don't see any pent up demand from any age group right now. Also the commercial sector is having a lot of trouble that may indirectly affect the residental sector. Another iffy problem is the possiable prime mortgage fallout. Definatlely a wait and see situation.<br><b>References : </b><br> Depends what they mean by revive?
