investment is allowed in the realestate and tourism.Weather is all year good,not hot and not very cold.Just like Dubai,Thailand let foreginers come to this city and spent their winter months when it is very cold and snowey in their own country.This will create lots of Jobs

I am an Engineering (Embedded Systems) student on my last year. After I make my money within five years, I plan to go back home and invest on a house and business.
