if yes what place? and if not why? i have heard about real estates and im giving it a thought

I say yes. The Philippines is a very beautiful place. Invest in properties where tourists go. I suggest that you invest in Boracay, Baguio or Tagaytay. These places are lovely and people from every nation come to visit these places. The people are friendly, hospitalbe and able to communicate in English.     It’s ok to invest in real estate in the Philippines especially in tourist spots and in commercial districts. Aside from the appreciation in the value of the property, there are real property investments which are income generating. I suggest that you choose Boracay, a top tourist destination. Balaihara is a villatel in Boracay. You may buy a unit at $98,000 cash or terms and then lease it back to the club which will manage it for 15 years as a hotel. You earn from your investment because you get a 90% share on the net income of the hotel. Your payback period is around 6 years. On top of that, you have the privilege to use it for 30 days/year and enjoy a luxurious stay there. You may sell your property again anytime. There are a lot of other excellent investments.
