Does anyone know India’s most expansive 10 cities in term of Real Estates? Is Ahmedabad is one of them?

How good it would be to buy a residential property in Ahmedabad in term of investment?

Hi,
If you mean expensive (=costly) cities, two cities of Gujarat figure in the top ten list. Ahmedabad and Surat both are included in the list.

Does "BUYOWNER" give commission to real estates who bring customers to them?

Posted by admin on March 2nd, 2010 and filed under real estates | 6 Comments »

Looking to buy a house and been working with a real estate agent. I was searching on buyowner and saw a couple of houses that interest me. I’m not sure if I should go to see the houses on my own or let my real estate agent know about it too. I do feel bad if she doesn’t get any commission on it becuz she has been working hard in showing me houses.

BE CAREFUL.
If you have signed a contract with a real estate agent, and you buy ANY house, the agent will probably be due a comission. READ THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED. If you buy a FSBO (for sale by owner) that owner is under no obligation to pay a comission to the broker. Which means, that you could be on the hook for 3% of the sales price. That would be an extra 3% ON TOP of what you pay the buyer.

If you want to buy a house that’s FSBO, make sure that your contract with the real estate agent is not in effect when you make the offer. And make sure that the agent didn’t show you the house. If they can proove that you made an offer on the house while you were under contract with them, or that you found the house through them, it’s likely that the contract that you’ve signed with them will provide for a payment of comission.

You can see if the seller is interested in paying the real estate comission to your broker, but I would imagine that most sellers would not be interested in that arrangement.

I wish you luck, and I hope that helps.

Why real estates brokers have a super star kind of conjecture ?

A real estate broker is like a car-salesman, but for homes. They live on their image and reputation. Most go to great lengths to build themselves up as much as they can.

real estates???that a good programs for a student to take it to make diploma?

Posted by admin on February 26th, 2010 and filed under real estates | 1 Comment »

i must decide what course i should take before i continue study at university. So i dont know real estates is a good choices for me or not. Furthermore,in future. It is have a lot of jobs???or i should change that course????help me please!!!

It varies from state to state but I never heard of a real estate diploma usually it’s a certificate. I would not recommend this course not just because of the housing market but because I feel it would be difficult to make a living off of it. Think about it how often do people move from their homes. every 5-7 years is the average and now you’re competing against all the real estate agents. It just sounds like a huge head ache.

What are the benefits of having 2 real estates agents (partners) working for you when buying or selling homes?

Having two real estate agents will give you more choice overall.

For example, I am looking for a house right now. I fell head over heels with a small 3 bedroom house, only to have it disappear 2 days later. Then it reappeared on my second agents website, and I learned that he had that house under contract.

Remember that you do not have to give both agents a commission. A lot of agents will happily show you houses and give advice for free, in the hopes that you will buy a house through them. Once you have settled on a house it is a matter of seeing who can get you a better deal.

Finally, this is kind of off- topic, but I would do some research into the real estate market near your area before you buy. The market is going down the tubes these days and you may regret buying a house ten years from now.

Of course, prices are the lowest they have been in decades, so it could also be the best investment you will ever make.

Good luck!

Is there Any Real Estates In Brisbane, Who hand out Keys for you to inspect property?

If so when and where

It would be completely illegal. The agent and the agents broker will lose their license, and lose their shirt in fines.
